Founder, board members and volunteers of WFTE FM community radio station met recently at the Vintage Theater in Scranton to plan their fundraising campaign. The group is selling raffle tickets for a $20,000 grand prize, holding benefit concerts and planning events in the six counties that will be served when the station begins broadcasting in February.
