Emily Kontz, 8, recently donated part of her hair to Locks of Love. The Clarks Summit resident was able to donate approximately 14 inches of her hair to be used in making hairpieces for children suffering from hair loss related to medical treatment. Locks of Love is a public non-profit organization that provides hairpieces to financially disadvantaged children under age 18 suffering from long-term medical hair loss from any diagnosis.
