Learn and Grow receives Loan

MetroAction presents a check for $35,000 in loan funds to Amy Ware and Erin Alexander of Learn and Grow Early Childhood Center, a new child care center located in Scranton. The Learn and Grow Early Childhood Center will accommodate children from 2 ½ years of age through school-aged children and offer an educational environment that is steeped in hands on learning and nurturing child care. MetroAction offers small business financing and training programs to start-up and expanding small businesses in eight counties in northeastern Pennsylvania, including: Carbon, Lackawanna, Luzerne, Monroe, Pike, Susquehanna, Wayne and Wyoming.
