More than 38,000 blood donations are needed everyday. The need for blood continues to outpace the growth in blood donations. American Red Cross Scranton Chapter is planning the following blood drives for the month of April:
Wednesday, April 9, Grace Bible Church, Dunmore, 1:30 to 6:30 p.m.; Friday, April 11, The Mall at Steamtown, Scranton, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.; Sunday, April 13, Marian Catholic School Auditorium, Scranton, 10 a.m.to3 p.m.; Monday, April 14, CMC School of Nursing, Scranton, 12 to 4 p.m.; and Tuesday, April 15, University of Scranton, John Long Center, Scranton, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
