The 2008 Tip-off Basketball Tournament has been scheduled for Thanksgiving weekend, Nov. 28 to 30, at Hoop City in Throop. The event will feature both a boys and girls division, for children in grades five through eight. Participating teams could range from both Lackawanna and Luzerne counties.
