In a wrestling meet recently, the Ithaca College Bombers shutout Simpson College. The Bombers were also a winner by fall against Williams College. The Bombers handed the Williams College No. 23 Ephs their first loss of the season.
Sophomore Chad Winowich (133), a graduate of Abington Heights who now attends Ithaca College in New York, ranks second (11-6) on the team with four pins. Ithaca placed third of nine teams at the Williamstown Invitational. Six Bombers, including Winowich, reached the finals.
