PennDOT District 4 has scheduled a public meeting to discuss the proposed plan to close the Oak Street on-ramp to the North Scranton Expressway and to prevent Routes 6 and 11 traffic from Clarks Summit access to the I-81 Southbound on-ramp at Exit 191.
The purpose of this public discussion is to explain the project, present preliminary plans for review and to answer questions on an informal basis. A discussion will be held at Allied Services Psychology Building, Moffatt Drive, Scranton on Thursday, Nov. 6, from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. For details, call 963-3326.
