The Pocono State Crafts Festival is open on Saturday, Aug. 23 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday, Aug. 24, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. It will be presented rain or shine and parking is free.
The Festival features works from a variety of disciplines, including jewelry, woodworking, clothing, metal work, leather, furniture, pottery, basketry and other unique creations. Attendees will have the opportunity to meet the craftsmen and see many of them creating work through weekend demonstrations.
All of the work in the show is juried and has been judged by a panel of professionals for quality, creativity, artistic design and originality. Fernwood Hotel and Resort along with the Pocono Arts Council have created a special weekend package for the Pocono State Crafts Festival on August 22 to 25 .
