The Friends of the Abington Community Library will hold its semi-annual Book Sale on Saturday, April 12, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Clarks Summit United Methodist Church, located at the corner of Grove Street and the Morgan Highway, Clarks Summit.
Thousands of books, audio-books, CDs and DVDs will be on sale as well as a café and entertainment for the children. New this year will be a section of select, higher-end specially priced books.
A special Preview Sale for Friends of the ACL will take place on Friday, April 11, from 6 to 7:30 p.m. This preview is reserved for paid Friends members. Members may join or rejoin on Friday night prior to shopping or on Saturday. In fairness to all, no books will be sold prior to 6 p.m. that night.
