The NEPA Miners will host the second annual Charlie Wysocki Camp on Saturday, May 31 at Riverfront Sports Complex, Scranton. The camp is named for Wysocki, a coach with the Miners organization who lives with bipolar disorder. Proceeds from the camp will benefit the Charlie Wysocki Foundation, which helps raise awareness about bipolar disorder.
The camp is open to the public. Admission is $5 for children age 12 and under. Vendors may also participate for $125 per table.
The Miners have also set their golf tournament to be held at the Blue Ridge Golf Course on Tuesday, June 3. The tournament begins with a shotgun start at noon. The cost of the tournament is $60, which includes a post-tournament buffet and prizes. The Miners Booster Club continues to seek event and hole sponsors. For more information, visit .
