Esquire of the Chief Legal Counsel of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in Harrisburg, Leo L. Dunn was the speaker on the Right to Know Law at the Mellow Theater in Lackawanna College in Scranton. The Right to Know Law was signed by Gov. Edward G. Rendell on Feb. 14, 2008. It is effective on Jan. 1, 2009. It provides access to public information by public records from a local government or state agency. People can request a record by mail, fax, e-mail, or in person.
