Lackawanna County will host its first youth soccer clinics this summer at two locations.
The first clinic will be July 7 to 11 from 9 a.m. to noon at Merli-Sarnoski Park. Roger Jacobs, director of player development at Riverfront Sports, will run the clinic for boys and girls ages six to 13.
The second clinic will be August 4 to 8 from 9 a.m. to noon at McDade Park. Mark Schultz, assistant soccer coach at West Scranton High School, will hold the session for boys and girls ages eight to 12.
