Countryside Community Church Fishing Derby was held June 28 at Abington Heights Middle School Pond with over 200 children participating. First place winner with biggest fish was Brett Backus, 17 3/8 inches; second place Cal Owens, 17 1/4 inches; third place Tyler Mendicino, 17 1/8 inches; fourth place Emma Whitlock and Aiden Virehel, 17 inches and fifth place Gary Martenson, 4 inches.
