Jorge Coronel of South Abington Township and Mark Dill of Dalton waived their right to a preliminary hearing on Monday, Jan. 11.
Coronel and Dill were arrested, along with ten other men, in early December for allegedly being in possession of and responsible for the distribution of child pornography.
The men arrested were targeted by undercover officers, who were swapping files with the accused over the Internet for a few months.
Both Coronel and Dill turned themselves in and had preliminary hearings originally scheduled for Tuesday, Dec. 15. They were granted continuances to Jan. 11, but then waived their right to a preliminary hearing.
Coronel, 39, and Dill, 40, will have a pre-trial conference scheduled for Friday, Feb. 26.
