Residents of Clarks Green gathered Saturday, July 31, for a Friends Interested in our Neighborhood Environment (FINE) neighborhood block party.
FINE, created in 2009, addressed issues such as the removal of three pit bulls from the neighborhood, the unkempt lawns of vacant homes, a polluted pool and neighborhood disturbances in Clarks Green Borough.
