The Lackawanna County Commission for Women has set its third annual Fall Health Seminar for Thursday, Oct. 18 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Lackawanna County Trolley Museum, Cliff Street. Tickets are $12 at the door and will include access to vendors and retail therapy information booths. Guest speakers include Dr. Kennth H. Rudolph, M.D.; Dr. Gregory D.
