Jane and John Melnick of Scott Township have increased the amount of the reward from $250 to $500 leading to the arrest and conviction of kitten killers related to an incident on October 31, in Newton Township.
Authorities said the two kittens were killed and dumped on a porch along Valley View Drive. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Humane Society of Lackawanna County at 585-0510.
