Nicholoff leads Washington women in field hockey saves

Washington College sophomore goalkeeper Elena Nicholoff, a graduate of Lackawanna Trail, concluded her second season with the Washington College field hockey team. Nicholoff played and started in all 17 games for the Shorewomen in 2007.
Nicholoff tallied 151 saves and had a .748 save percentage. She had seven games of double-digit saves, including a career-high 21 versus Johns Hopkins on October 5. Nicholoff had 20 saves against Muhlenberg on September 15. She had a 6-11 record with a 3.04 goals against average and three shutouts. She earned Centennial Conference Defensive Player of the Week on September 10.
The Shorewomen finished 6-11 and 2-8 in the Centennial Conference.
