Lackawanna County Council on Diversity met with Commissioners Robert Cordaro and A.J. Munchak to make recommendations to the Commissioners on the effect and impact of diversity and integration. Their mission is to develop recommendations and strategies to be out in place that will promote a better community as people of diverse backgrounds move in to the area.
