There will be a single lane closure on Jefferson Avenue and Mulberry Street, Scranton starting Thursday, Sept. 4 through Saturday Sept. 6 for concrete repair work, according to PennDOT. Scranton Police will direct traffic from 2:45 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. to keep traffic flowing through the intersection. Motorists should use caution when traveling through the area.
