On Tuesday, Dec. 11, a Candlelight Vigil, sponsored by The Lackawanna County Commission on Drug and Alcohol Abuse and MADD will take place in the Marian Chapel, Swartz Center, Marywood University in remembrance of those killed and injured by drunk drivers and for their families. It will also serve as an alert to the community to the necessity of celebrating sober.
