The Lackawanna and Luzerne County Commissioners will sponsor a blood drive challenge on Friday, October 5, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Clarion Hotel 300 Meadow Ave, Scranton. The Lackawanna County Trolley Bus will be available at the Lackawanna County Administration Building from noon to 2 p.m. to transport blood donors to the Clarion Hotel.
