DICKSON CITY — Scoutmaster Rico Galassi recently shared his love of lure making with his Boy Scouts of Troop 21. Showing them how to melt down lead, place it in a mold and attach rubber, a hook and weed guard, Galassi gave each boy the chance to make his own lure and take it home with him. Galassi has been creating lures as a hobby for approximately 20 years. A fisherman, he uses his lures many times over.
