MARION, Ohio — William “Bill” Jacob Felker, 53, of Hoch Road, Marion, Ohio, passed away peacefully at his home on Jan. 26, 2014. Bill was united in marriage with his wife of 19 years, Bonnie Perrego Felker, on April 1, 1994. He had family in Tunkhannock, Scott Township and Dallas. A memorial service was held Feb. 1 from the Sheldon-Kukuchka Funeral Home Inc., 73 W. Tioga St., Tunkhannock.
TUNKHANNOCK — William L. Koepke Jr., 40, of Tunkhannock, died Jan. 21, 2014, at Geisinger CMC in Scranton. He is survived by his wife of 10 1/2 years, Renee McCaffery Koepke. A memorial service was held Jan. 30 from the Sheldon-Kukuchka Funeral Home Inc., 73 West Tioga St., Tunkhannock.
SOUTH AUBURN — Mary Ann Place, 63, of South Auburn, passed away with her family by her side on Jan. 27, 2014, at Geisinger Wyoming Valley, after an illness. She had family in Tunkhannock. Funeral services were held Jan. 31 at the Sheldon Funeral Home, state Route 6, Meshoppen, with a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Joachim Roman Catholic Church.
TUNKHANNOCK — Sophia Dymond, 98, of Tunkhannock, passed away at her residence on Jan. 29, 2014. Funeral services were private at the convenience of the family with arrangements provided by Anthony P. Litwin Jr. Funeral Homes, Inc.
JULIAN, Pa. — Bonnie Lee Mahler Metzger, 65, of Julian, Pa., and formerly of Dallas, lost her long battle with cancer on Jan. 29, 2014, at Mount Nittany Medical Center, State College, surrounded by her family. She had family in Tunkhannock. Visitation was held Feb. 4 at Koch Funeral Home, 2401 S. Atherton St., State College.
DALLAS — E. Fern Rogers, 95, passed away Jan. 30, 2014, at The Meadows Nursing Center, Dallas. She had family in Tunkhannock. Funeral was held Feb. 3 from the Richard H. Disque Funeral Home Inc., 2940 Memorial Highway, Dallas.
SCRANTON — Gerald W. Marish died Feb. 2, 2014, at Regional Hospital in Scranton, after a lengthy illness. He had family in Tunkhannock and Clarks Summit. A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 a.m. Friday from St. Mary of the Lake, Lake Winola. Family and friends are asked to go directly to the church. The family will receive friends 5:30 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the Sheldon-Kukuchka Funeral Home, 73 W. Tioga St., Tunkhannock.
