DALLAS — Peter M. Konnick, 51, of Dallas, passed away May 5, 2014, at his residence. Surviving is his wife of 26 years, the former Debra Gardner. He had family in Falls. Memorial service was May 10 at Gate of Heaven Church, Dallas. Arrangements provided by the Richard H. Disque Funeral Home, 2940 Memorial Highway, Dallas.

FORKSTON — Louise R. Lewis, of Forkston, died May 7, 2014, at the home of her son and daughter-in-law, Wayne and Susan Lewis, Falls. She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Herman Lewis. Memorial services was held May 12 at Sheldon-Kukuchka Funeral Home Inc., 73 W. Tioga St., Tunkhannock.

WINTERVILLE, N.C. — Marilyn Ruth Plashinski O’Boyle, of Winterville, returned home on Monday, April 14, 2014, at Hartford Hospital, after a short but courageous battle with cancer. She had family in Clarks Summit. A Celebration of Life service was May 10 in Prince of Peace Episcopal Church, 420 Main St., Dallas.

MESHOPPEN — Mrs. Lois E. Frantz, 82, passed away May 8, 2014, at her home on Frantz Road in Meshoppen. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ivan Laird Frantz, who passed away on July 12, 1990. She had family in Tunkhannock. As per her request, there will be no calling hours or services. Arrangements were made through the Sheldon Funeral Home, 8206 State Route 6, Meshoppen.
