Donna Florimonte, owner of the Waverly Wellness House, will be the principal speaker at an upcoming Abington Lions Club dinner and program at the Ramada Clarks Summit on Wednesday, May 21 at 6 p.m.
The health program will be open to the public. Topics will include 35 nutritional components at an intracellular level and the impact of vitamins, minerals and antioxidant deficiencies on one’s immune system. Florimonte will also tackle topics such as: maintaining quality health and preventing ailments such as arthritis and more serious diseases like cardiovascular disease, cancer and diabetes. The availability of testing and treatment options will also be addressed.
Florimonte is a long-time registered nurse and studied at the Optimum Health Institute in Southern California. She holds certificates in areas such as massage therapy and electro-lymphatic therapy.
Florimonte will offer a discounted rate of $65 for anyone who signs up for therapy at the event.
