The Keystone College Thomas G. Cupillari ’60 Astronomical Observatory will begin its spring program March 14, at 7:30 p.m. and continue each Wednesday and Friday through June 1.
Open to the public and free of charge, the spring sessions will be held regardless of sky conditions and cancelled at threat of severe weather.
The programs will feature an illustrated lecture and telescopic observations. The main objects planned for viewing include the moon, planets Mercury, Jupiter, Venus, and Saturn, and various double stars, star clusters, nebulae, and galaxies.
