Dunmore Guardsman deployed to Inauguration

Brendon Mislinski, Dunmore, was among the 9,300 National Guard troops who provided communications, logistical, transportation, traffic control and medical support during the 56th presidential inauguration in Washington, D.C., on January 20.
For Mislinski, the inauguration events began when he arrived at Fort Indiantown Gap the Friday prior to the event day. Mislinski said that their duties included crowd control, but they located missing civilians and helped get dehydrated and fatigued people to American Red Cross tents.
