After defeating Lake Lehman on Monday, Oct. 12, 3-1 the Lady Comets returned home to face Nanticoke Area Sr. High School, who they defeated 3-0 on Wednesday, Oct. 14.
Shelby Morgan had 10 kills, four points, one ace and 12 digs, Meghan Fraley had 24 assists, 14 points, three aces, two kills and 10 digs, Maggie Fruehan had nine kills, 15 points, three aces and 27 digs and Nichole Heil had 32 digs, two points and two aces.
Abington followed that performance up with a 3-0 win against GAR Memorial High School, improving their record to 12-2.
