Observed cardboard being utilized as a floor covering Approx 10-20 drain flies observed in the food facility food prep area, sink basin drains and food storage areas.

The table under the grill has an accumulation of grease. Observed approximately 10-20 old rodent droppings on a shelf under a prep table and 20-30 old rodent droppings on the floor in the corner near the garbage can.
