Furnish the establishment owner contact information for completing food safety course. Raw beef displayed next to salami ready-to-eat foods with no barriers to prevent cross-contamination in the deli case refrigerator. The light intensity in the food preparation area is not at least 50 foot candles Observed an accumulation of debris and dirty in back storeroom floors area, and in need of cleaning.
