SCRANTON — The third annual Arts on the Square outdoor arts festival will wrap around Courthouse Square, Scranton from 12 to 8 p.m. July 25, featuring more than 100 vendors, food trucks, children’s activities, interactive art pieces, a live mural, crafts, music and more.

The Pop-Up studio will have an area for attendees to create their own art, using chalk on the streets and sidewalk, along with games like Plinko and a scavenger hunt.

A few tents down, the Everhart Museum, Lackawanna County Library System and Scranton Cultural Center at the Masonic Temple will present an interactive game show hosted by local improv group Here We Are in Spain. Patrons will participate in a variety of signature game show games but with a 1910-1920s twist. The performances will take place at 12:30 p.m., 1:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m.

Local app developers French Girls App, will demonstrate how selfies turn into physical works of art through digital portraiture.

Voyager video will set up along side the Pennsylvania Film School and JVW videotaping why people love Scranton, to launch a new marketing initiative by ScrantonMade and friends.

With two stages, one on Spruce Street and the other on Linden Street, a variety of area musicians will perform, from swing to indie rock, to blue-grass and techno fusion. The live music schedule is as follows.
