SCRANTON — The Lackawanna County Arts and Culture Department will sponsor ARTS Engage! Day from 10 a.m. to noon on Thursday, Aug. 6 at the Electric City Trolley Museum, 300 Cliff St. on the property of the Steamtown National Historic Site.

This event is part of the Lackawanna County Library System’s Passport Program. Children receive free admission to the museum and its activities with a passport that can be obtained at any Lackawanna County Library System branch.

Artists will be on site conducting art activities and trolley rides will be free for the children on the 10:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. runs.
