Lackawanna County’s Veterans Affairs Office honored

    The Pennsylvania Department of Military and Veterans Affairs recognized the Lackawanna County Veterans Affairs staff with a service award for five consecutive years of outstanding recovery of veterans benefits claims processing. The office is one of the top ranked in the state.
