Marywood University’s Environmental Health Class presents research papers to Rep. Matthew Cartwright

Robin P. Ertl, Ph.D., assistant professor of science at Marywood University, instructed students in his environmental health class to find an environmental issue they were passionate about, develop a proposed governmental solution to the problem, then present their proposals to Congressman Matthew Cartwright, Representative for Pennsylvania’s 17th Congressional District. In response, Cartwright informed attendees on the political reality of addressing those environmental issues in Congress.
