Leadership Lackawanna members meet with Scranton Historical Architectural Review Board to begin project


Leadership Lackawanna members met with the Scranton Historical Architectural Review Board (HARB) to discuss their project of creating a catalog of historical properties subject to review under HARB and to plan an event in May. The primary purpose of the event will be to unveil the historical catalog of properties and promote awareness of HARB as a resource for protecting landmarks in Scranton.
