When the month of April rolls in at the Dalton Community Library, there is one busy event that comes to mind: our Spring Book and Bake Sale. It’s hard to believe it’s that time of year already!
Our Spring Book and Bake Sale will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, April 16 at the library. Generous patrons made book donations that will help fill the basement shelves for all to browse. There’s not only books, there will be all sorts of items, including DVDs, magazines, children’s items and more.
Prices for most hardcover books and paperbacks range from 25¢ to $1. There will also be many kinds of baked goods for sale, such as cookies, cakes, breads and brownies, all made by patrons of our library. These sweet, homemade goodies are always delicious! So, mark your calendars for April 16 and stop in the Dalton Community Library.
Thank you to everyone who joined our March Madness challenge. We had very positive feedback about the challenge from the participants. Congratulations to our winners!
Our regular program schedule will be followed throughout April for both our children’s and adult groups. Questions about any programs can be directed to JFamiletti@albright.org or call the library at 570-563-2014. Daily schedules can be found online at lclshome.org/dalton.
Enjoy April and hope to see everyone at the Spring Book and Bake Sale!
