CLARKS SUMMIT — The Abington Business and Professional Association will present its annual Summerfest and Sidewalk Sale Days Thursday through Saturday, July 14-16. The event will feature special deals, live music, a free reusable tote bag giveaway and more.

Participating locations include the Abington Community Library, The Avenue, Citizens Savings Bank, Clarks Summit United Methodist Church, Clel’s Place, Everything Natural, Frontier Communications, Janet’s Crafty Creations, Ken Pollock Volvo, La Tonalteca, National Running Center, Paulette’s Pretty Purses, People’s Security Bank and Trust, Radio Shack, Ricki’s Arts n’ Crafts, Sanderson State Street Salon, Sonia’s Contemporary Clothing, State Farm- Thomas Agency, Stately Pet Supply, Summit Frameworks.

The Kennedy Creek Strummers will perform from 12 to 1:30p.m. Saturday, July 16 at the clock tower area of downtown Clarks Summit, followed by a Drum Circle Jam, in which all are invited to participate at the same location.
