CLARKS GREEN — Children of Clarks Green United Methodist Church enjoyed the annual Vacation Bible School from Aug. 1 to 5. The theme this year was called, “Egypt: Joseph’s Journey from Prison to Palace.” Kids learned about forgiveness from the story of Joseph from the Old Testament. The church’s Emerson-Simpson Hall was decorated as an Egyptian marketplace with tents of jewelry, baskets, and bricks. They also played outdoor games with water balloons.
