Ryan Fenton, of Fenton Insurance Agency, LLC, cuts the ribbon for his new Farmer’s Insurance office at 410 S. State St., Clarks Summit, during a grand-reopening ceremony Wednesday evening, Sept. 7. The business, formerly located at 711 N. State St., celebrated its third anniversary on Sept. 1 by moving to the new location.
