WILKES-BARRE — The following Abington area residents were among the Wilkes University students awarded 372 doctoral, master’s and bachelor’s degrees after completion of the summer 2016 semester.

• Amy Burge, of South Abington Township received a Master of Science in education.

• Katie Ross, of Dalton received a Master of Science in education.
