County Commissioners honor former Clarks Summit mayor Patty Lawler

The Lackawanna County Commissioners honored former Clarks Summit Mayor Patty Lawler for her work on behalf of the borough, community and civic groups. Elected in 2013, Lawler served as mayor for nearly three years and was on council from 2011-14. A retired educator, Lawler has been recognized by many organizations for her commitment to others.
