Clarks Summit Borough received $290 of donations through tire recycling event


According to Clarks Summit Borough Manager Virginia Kehoe, 133 tires were recycled during a county-wide tire collection event Oct. 15 at the Department of Public Works garage on Davis Street in Clarks Summit. Kehoe added the borough received $290 in donations.
