Members of the Keystone College Radio Club visited and toured the Oppenheim Center for the Arts in Scranton April 12. They met with Community Youth Director Angel Atell to discuss what it takes to run a radio station. Keystone College’s public radio station, WKCV at 103.5 FM, is student run.
