FACTORYVILLE — Area theater group Actors Circle will hold auditions for “The Golden Age,” by A.R. Gurney at 7 p.m. Sunday, June 28 and Monday, June 29 at Providence Playhouse, 1256 Providence Road, Scranton. The show runs Thursdays through Sundays, Sept. 17 through 27.

The cast includes one male and two females, ages 20 and up. The character of Tom, aged 20s to 40s, is eager and devious, but slightly naive. Isabel, aged 60s and up, is reclusive, yet charming and elegant. Virginia, aged 20s to 40s, is Isabel’s granddaughter and can be described as vague and nervous.
