LA PLUME — Former Keystone College players Rebecca White and John Masten have been selected to lead the Giants’ men’s and women’s tennis programs.

White will serve as head coach for the women’s program and as an assistant coach for the men’s squad while Masten takes over as head men’s tennis coach and will be an assistant with the women’s program.

The duo will replace Matt Erney, who stepped down as the head coach of both teams earlier this summer following three years at the college.

White, a two-time Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) All-Academic Team honoree, led the Giants to their only CSAC playoff appearance in her freshman year and was named to the CSAC All-Sportsmanship Team as a junior. She holds Keystone’s all-time record for career overall singles wins, career conference single wins, total conference wins, and is tied for first in total wins for a career with 30.

Masten, a four-year member of Keystone’s men’s tennis team, was selected as an Honorable Mention All-CSAC singles player as a sophomore, was honored as a CSAC All-Sportsmanship Team selection as a junior and was a CSAC All-Academic Team honoree as a freshman. He finished his career tied for the eighth most overall wins and sits seventh all-time in overall conference wins.
