The Abington Heights junior high wrestling team defeated West Scranton, 48-31, in a dual meet Jan. 4. Sal Schiavone picked up a pin in 1:13 and Cade Kroptavich won by pin 1:10. Ty Wilmot (5-0), Julian Blanco (3-0), Richie Padula (2-0) and Griffin McGinley (8-3) won by decision for the Comets.
