The 2016 JB Hoops Girls local AAU basketball team has been selected. The girls practice twice a week at Summit University and Riverfront Sports. They have been playing together since February, come from local schools and are in the sixth and seventh grades.
They have played at tournaments in Pottstown, Spooky Nook, Scranton, King of Prussia and Manheim. Upcoming tournaments and shootouts are in Gettysburg, Scranton and Harrisburg.
The team has an overall record of 16-7.
