BUFFALO, N.Y. — Andrei Svistunov, of South Abington Township took part in Bengals Dare to Care Day, held by SUNY Buffalo State on Sept. 17. The annual event exemplifies Buffalo State’s commitment to enriching students’ academic growth through community engagement.
